I would like to remove the additional element in the footer.
Test
I activated the Cookie Bar and the option for auto reload (after accepting cookies) the additional element appeared.
After debugging it turns out there is an error in the helper-privacy.php file.
I researched the web for solution and ended up by placing a ticket to the Enfold Support Forum.

A minor error successfully resolved by theme support. The fix will be added to the next update – change log.
